Therapy Services

Psychotherapy

A little room to slow down, pay attention, and understand yourself more deeply.

What to Expect

Conversation

You don’t need to arrive with an agenda (unless you have one). We’ll talk about what’s happening, follow what feels important, and pay attention to what emerges along the way.

Consistency

New clients begin with at least biweekly sessions for the first 12 weeks. After that, we can decide together whether continuing biweekly sessions or meeting less frequently makes sense.

Collaboration

I’ll ask questions, make observations, notice patterns, and sometimes challenge you to consider something differently. You bring your experience. We make sense of it together.

Clients meeting at least biweekly have a reoccurring place in my schedule. Less frequent sessions are scheduled based on availability.

Making Room for Therapy

A cozy armchair with a wooden frame and black-and-white checkered upholstery, positioned near large potted green plants in a sunlit room with wooden flooring.

Consultation

A consultation is an opportunity for us to briefly connect, talk about what brings you to therapy, and determine whether working together may be a good fit.

20 minutes | complimentary

Initial Assessment

Your first session gives us time to slow down and talk more fully about what brings you to therapy, what you would like to understand or change, and what you hope to get from the work.

90 minutes | $225

Psychotherapy Sessions

Ongoing sessions give us room to continue the work, follow what emerges, and pay attention to what becomes important over time.

60 minutes | $200
